The Rule of Law Society (ROLS) is a cultural and educational society that is committed to promoting true rational, unmanipulated Capitalism and the denumciation of the "progressive socialism" that holds that people are resources who are owned by the state.

The Rule of Law Society holds that Rational Capitalism is superior to the progressive socialism that will eventually lead to the totalitarian state of Communism. The ROLS further holds that unregulated oligarchy that manipulates governments, local, state and national, is the path to fascism. 

A free society is one in which the Constitutional rights of the individual is maintained by the Rule of Law;  and paramount among them is the right to life. Government may not take that  unalienabvle right on a whim. To take away one's life, without just cause, is the crime of crimes.

The American dream is that any citizen of the United States of America has the opportunity to become anything dreamed of becoming. No citizen in the United States is born into, and must remain a member of  a caste or class.

The ROLS holds that Free Enterprise is the best socio-economic system ever divised. The ROLS also holds that the laws of supply and demand fix the prices of invented and produced goods and services through a free market without government interference.

Protective legislation, subsidies and bailouts are not capitalism; they are the supporting pillars of socialism controlled by olygarchy.

The hallmark of free enterprise is fair dealing and mutuallity.

The imperative of Free Enterprise is to prevent unfair and deceptive practices. 

Elimination of Enabling of Unethical, Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices

Any person who discovers being the victim of  unethical or illegal business practices is obligated to pursue redress against the perpetrator. To not pursue redress is tantamount to encouraging wr further wrong doing.
